Hand to Hand Direct Care Ministry works with a diverse group of individuals. We help people who are transitioning from prison or homelesssnes; people coming from abusive relationships; families that are hit with unexpected tragedies; and families/individuals that can’t quite make ends meet.

We partner with the community and area agencies to assure that the Bristol residents have their needs met.

Our job is to make our clients’ lives easier so that they can continue to thrive as citizens of our community.
